摘　　要：青年韦伯从对西方农业社会转型与农业资本主义的分析入手,试图寻见他毕生追溯的资本主义起源。《民族国家与经济政策》是目前少有的介绍青年韦伯农业社会学的汉译作品,文集收录的四篇讲稿分别触及了西方文明的“农村化”、农业工人与农业资本家、农业转型中的国家干预及农业资本主义的风险等议题。韦伯的农业社会学论述既有学理价值又有时代价值,农业社会转型与农业资本化议题极强地观照了中国今日之农业发展方向。回顾近二十年的“韦伯研究”进路,突破既有认知框架,重新走向韦伯的研究起点亦即“韦伯研究”的起点——农业社会学是非常必要的。Starting with analysis on Western’s agrarian transformation of agrarian society and agrarian capitalism,Young Weber sought to find the origin of capitalism to which he had been tracing all his life.Nation State and Economic Policy is a rare Chinese translation of Weber’s early agrarian sociology.The four lecture notes included in the collected works touch upon issues such as the“ruralization”of Western civilization,agricultural workers and agrarian capitalism,state intervention in agricultural transition,and the problems of agricultural capitalism.Weber’s discourse on agrarian sociology has both academic value and extremely important practical value.The issues of the transformation of agrarian society and the agrarian capitalization shed light on the direction of agricultural development in today’s China.Looking back on the“Weber Research”approach of the past two decades,it is time to break through the existing cognitive framework and return to the starting point of Weber's research,which is also the starting point of“Weber Research”:agrarian sociology.
