摘 要:设计并研制了一种适用于大型变压器器身装配过程中必须使用的装配架器械,详细阐述了器身装配架的工作原理及其组成结构,该装配架具有结构紧凑、运动灵活、工作可靠等优点。随着社会用电需求越来越大,因此新建的发电厂和变电站也越来越多。变压器作为发电厂和变电站的主要电气设备,对变压器的需求量也越来越大。而变压器器身装配架作为变压器装配过程中必须要使用的器械,其结构的设计和性能的好坏会直接影响到装配施工人员和设备的安全以及施工的效率。This study designed and developed a kind of equipment suitable for use in the assembly process of large transformer body.The working principle and structure of the body assembly frame are elaborated in detail.The assembly frame has a compact structure,flexible movement and work reliability and other advantages.With the increasing demand for electricity in society,there are more and more new power plants and substations.Transformers are the main electrical equipment of power plants and substations,and the demand for transformers is also increasing.The transformer body assembly rack is an instrument that must be used during the transformer assembly process.Its structural design and performance will directly affect the safety of assembly workers and equipment and the efficiency of construction.
