摘　　要：基于2012-2018年我国发生的4100起房屋市政工程生产安全事故,从事故起数年度变化、事故类型、事故地区分布、事故等级分布等多方面进行综合分析。通过柱状图、事故趋势图等方式直观的显现出事故发生规律。根据事故发生规律,指出我国房屋市政工程安全管理中存在的问题,提出预防和减少事故的对策及建议,为建筑业制定安全生产事故防控措施提供参考依据。Based on 4,100 housing safety accidents in China in years 2012-2018,a comprehensive analysis was carried out in terms of the annual changes in the number of accidents,the types of accidents,the distribution of accident levels,and the distribution of accident areas,we used the histogram of accidents and the trend chart of accidents to exhibit the law of accident occurrence.According to the law of accident occurrence,this paper points out the problems existing in the safety management of China's housing municipal engineering,proposes countermeasures and suggestions for preventing and reducing accidents,and provides a reference for the construction industry to formulate safety countermeasures of production accident prevention and control.
