摘　　要：山东水文信息化建设起步较早,从20世纪80年代至今,取得了长足的发展。随着新时代信息技术的进步,国家出台一系列信息化建设规划,水利部大力推进智慧水利,山东全面推进数字政府建设。为全面落实各级政府关于信息化工作的总体部署,更好地推进数字水文建设,立足山东水文工作实际,文章提出了山东水文信息化顶层设计。The construction of hydrological informationization in Shandong Province started earlier and has made great progress since 1980s.With the progress of information technology in the new era,the state has issued a series of information construction plans,the Ministry of Water Resources has vigorously promoted smart water conservancy,and Shandong has comprehensively promoted the construction of digital government.In order to fully implement the overall arrangements of governments at all levels on informationization and better promote the construction of digital hydrology,the top-level design of hydrological informatization in Shandong Province is put forward based on the actual hydrological work in Shandong Province.
