摘　　要：文章基于业务流程管理,对各个框架无缝集成,实现后台业务解决方案,同时对查新服务系统模型进行数据库设计,开发了科技查新管理服务系统,解决了查新流程和档案的管理自动化以及查新业务的规范化问题。This paper integrates each framework seamlessly based on business process management and realizes background business solutions.Meanwhile,database design are carried out for the models of sci-tech novelty search service system.Furthermore,sci-tech novelty search management service system is developed to realize the automation of sci-tech search novelty search process and archives and the standardization management of sci-tech novelty search business.
