摘  要:为了研究大学生在不同类型校园绿地景观中休闲涉入对健康的恢复作用,定量测试和分析了大学生对广场、林地、花田和水体4种景观观赏前后的生理指标(血压、心率、R-R间期值)和心理指标(焦虑度、心境状态、认知能力、主观恢复)变化值。结果表明:相较于室内,大学生各生理指标值在林地景观中均显著下降(P<0.05),其中心率变化最大,降低7.06bpm;各心理指标值在水体和林地景观中变化较为显著(P<0.05),而在广场景观中变化较小。4种类型校园绿地景观休闲涉入在不同程度上改善了大学生情绪焦虑和身心疲劳的状况,并提高了注意力,其中以林地和水体景观恢复效果最佳。In order to study the effect of leisure involvement on the health of college students in different types of campus green space,the physiological indexes(blood pressure,heart rate,and R-R interval value)and psychological indicators(anxiety,mood state,cognitive ability and subjective recovery)of college students were quantitatively tested and analyzed in the four landscapes of viewing square,woodland,flower field and water body.The results showed that compared to the indoor environment,the psychological indicators of college students significantly decreased in woodland landscape(P<0.05),and the heart rate change was the largest,with a decreasing value of 7.06 bpm.The changes of psychological indicators were very significant in water and woodland landscape(P<0.05),while the overall retardation effect of square landscape was small.The four types of campus greenbelt landscape involvement have improved college students'emotional anxiety and physical and mental fatigue in varying degrees.At the same time,the attention of university students has been enhanced,and the effect of woodland and water bodies is the best.
