解读《步行行动计划》及其对上海市步行系统建设的启示

摘　　要：城市步行系统建设一直是健康城市建设中的重要一环,而作为城市步行系统建设的倡导者,伦敦市一直走在前列。本文主要分析伦敦市颁布的城市步行设计导则《步行行动计划》,阐述英国长期以来对于城市步行系统建设的理论和实践,以及该计划针对市民心血管疾病和儿童肥胖症等健康问题提出的城市设计措施,以期为我国上海市建设步行系统提供借鉴。The construction of city walking system has always been one of the crucial parts in the construction of healthy city,and London has been the pioneer in the construction of city walking system.This paper analyzes the Walking Action Plan of urban walking design principles in London,elaborates the theories and practice of the urban walking system construction in the British,and discusses the urban design measures of this Plan for the healthy problems of heart disease and child obesity,with a view to provide a reference for the construction of city walking system in Shanghai.
