当今中小学建筑设计趋势研究——对深圳“福田新校园行动计划”的解读

摘　　要：随着城市的快速发展,人口增加、用地紧张、教育理念落后等问题都成为影响中小学建筑设计的重要因素。文章重点介绍了深圳“福田新校园行动计划”的入围方案,并从“新校园活动计划”的竞赛机制、校园场地规划布局、垂直空间利用、绿色校园营造等方面探讨了当今中小学建筑设计的趋势。在满足基本规范的前提下,建筑师们都试图创造灵活多样的教学空间,以良好的环境激发学生自发性、创造性地学习,实现校园开放、共享。With the rapid development of urban area,the increasing population,land shortage and the backward educational concept are all becoming main factors that have an significant influence on the design of elementary and secondary schools.This paper emphasizes the New Campus Action Plan in Futian District in Shenzhen that won the final competition,and then discusses the design tendency of contemporary primary and secondary school buildings from the aspect of the planning layout of campus,the utilization of vertical space,the creation of green campus,and so on.Under the premise of meeting the basic regulations,the architects tries to create flexible and diverse teaching space,motivate the students to study spontaneously and creatively with good environment,and realize an open and sharing campus.
