家庭“育儿”居住行为对住宅套型设计的影响

摘　　要：笔者对2014年“二胎”生育政策推行后,我国家庭构成模式的改变及其带来的社会问题进行简单说明,提出“核心育儿型”家庭概念,强调针对这类家庭进行套型设计研究所具有的社会意义。笔者对“核心育儿型”家庭住户的居住行为进行深入研究,提出这种居住行为与我国住宅市场上“主流”住宅套型之间存在的矛盾,并将其作为依据,从宏观和微观两个方面分析“核心育儿型”家庭居住行为模式对住宅套型空间设计的影响,归纳总结出适合家庭“育儿”居住行为的住宅套型设计方法。This paper briefly explains the changes of family structure pattern and the social problems which were brought by the implementation of the“two child”birth policy in China since 2014,puts forward the concept of“core parenting type”family,and emphasizes the social significance of the research on this type of family’s housing type design,and makes a profound study on the dwelling behavior of“core parenting type”families.It illustrates the contradictions between this kind of dwelling behavior and the“mainstream”housing types in the housing market of China,and then on this basis,analyzes the influence of the“core parenting type”families’dwelling behavior pattern on the space design of housing type from both macro and micro aspects,and sums up the housing type design methods which are suitable for the families’“parenting”dwelling behavior.
