硫酸依替米星联合头孢噻肟钠对老年重症社区获得性肺炎患者的疗效及CPIS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的分析老年重症社区获得性肺炎联合应用硫酸依替米星氯化钠注射液与注射用头孢噻肟钠治疗的临床效果及临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)变化。方法于2018年1月至2019年6月三门峡市直机关医院内科收治的老年重症社区获得性肺炎患者中选择52例,随机分为两组,对照组单纯给予注射用头孢噻肟钠治疗,研究组在此基础上加用硫酸依替米星氯化钠注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果及治疗安全性。结果经统计可知,研究组有效率达到了96.3%,显著较对照组(72.0%)高,χ^2=5.8863,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。治疗后,研究组CPIS评分为(3.2±0.7)分,对照组为(5.8±1.1)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组不良反应发生率为11.1%,与对照组的4.0%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用硫酸依替米星与头孢噻肟钠,可有效减轻老年重症社区获得性肺炎患者症状,提高其治疗效果,且不良反应少,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of treating severe community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly with etimicin sulfate sodium chloride injection and cefotaxime sodium for injection.Methods Totally 52 cases of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia admitted from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium only for injection,and the study group was treated with etemicine sulfate sodium chloride injection on this basis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results According to the statistics,the effective rate of the study group reached 96.3%,significantly higher than that of the control group,χ^2=5.8863,P<0.05,showing a statistical difference.After treatment,CPIS score was(3.2±0.7)in the study group and(5.8±1.1)in the control group,P<0.05,showing a statistical difference.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.1%,with no significant difference from 4.0%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of itimicin sulfate and cefotaxime sodium can effectively reduce the symptoms of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia,improve the therapeutic effect,and have fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
