从太阴论治晚期肺癌的辨证思考

摘　　要：以内经、伤寒理论为基础,探讨晚期肺癌之病因病机,在内为后天之本不足,又因外邪入侵,邪毒成积而致病。晚期非小细胞肺癌的病机以太阴不足、痰瘀互结为主。手、足太阴两经一气,故从手太阴肺经论治晚期肺癌效果不佳。扶正抗癌方运化太阴,以培土生金法为治则,在临床上取得较好的疗效。Based on theory from the Yellow Emperor’s Canon and Treatise of Febrile Diseases,this article explores the etiology and pathogenesis of advanced lung cancer,which is inherently insufficient of the acquired source and externally by invasion and accumulation of exogenous.The pathogenesis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is mainly due to deficiency of lung and spleen qi and phlegm-blood stasis.The two meridians of lung and spleen shares qi,so the efficacy of curing through the lung meridian on advanced lung cancer is not good.The Fuzheng Kang’ai decoction transports Taiyin and uses the method of reinforcing earth to generate metal,and achieves satisfactory clinical results.
