摘 要:土壤微生物是生态系统的重要部分,其功能研究对土壤微生物生态学有重要的意义。为更好地了解橡胶林和热带雨林土壤微生物纤维素分解作用和呼吸作用强度,对海南地区5个橡胶林和吊罗山、霸王岭、尖峰岭、鹦哥岭、五指山共5个热带雨林的土壤微生物进行研究。从旱季到雨季,橡胶林的纤维素分解作用增强,呼吸作用逐渐降低;热带雨林的纤维素分解作用逐渐降低,呼吸作用逐渐降低。结果显示:热带雨林土壤微生物的呼吸作用强于橡胶林,纤维素分解作用低于橡胶林。本研究结果为了解橡胶林和热带雨林的土壤微生物功能及土壤微生物在橡胶林和热带雨林生长过程中的作用提供参考依据。Soil microorganism is an important part of the ecosystem,and the research on the function of soil microorganism is of great significance to soil microbial ecology.In order to better understand the cellulose decomposition and the respiration intensity of soil microorganisms in rubber plantations and tropical rainforests,the soil microbes in the rubber plantations and five tropical rain forests in Hainan were studied.The results showed that there was no significant difference in soil microbial function between rubber plantations and rainforests,and the soil microbial activity was higher in the rainforests than in the rubber plantations.From the dry season to the rainy season,the soil microbial cellulose decomposition in the rubber plantations was enhanced,and the respiration of the soil microbes was gradually reduced;the soil microbial cellulose decomposition in the tropical rainforests was gradually reduced,and the respiration of the soil microbes was gradually reduced.These results implied that the soil microbial function should be higher in the tropical rainforests than than in the rubber plantations,which might provide reference for understanding of the soil microbial function and role in the growth process of the trees in rubber plantations and tropical rainforests.
