摘　　要：乙型流感病毒是一种流行性感冒病毒,特定季节能够在人际间传播流行引起流感及其他并发症;近年来由其造成的疾病负担日趋严重,因此了解和掌握乙型流感病毒病原学特征和变异规律,才能更好的为乙型流感的防控提供科学依据。本文主要从乙型流感病毒的病原学特征、病毒的进化、致病、传播、流行以及对乙型流感病毒的药物、疫苗控制等方面进行综述。Influenza B virus is a kind of influenza viruses that can circulate in population and cause influenza and other complications in certain seasons.In recent years,the disease burden caused by Influenza B virus has been heavier than before,which attracted a lot of attention.Therefore,a study of the etiological characteristics and revolution patterns of influenza B virus will provide a better scientific basis for the prevention and control of the influenza B.This article mainly reviewed the pathogenic characteristics,evolution,pathogenicity,spread,prevalence of influenza B virus,and the drugs and vaccines against influenza B virus.
