摘 要:目的建立饮用水中莠去津、三氯杀螨醇、氰戊菊酯、甲氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的高效液相色谱同时测定方法。方法水样经二氯甲烷萃取浓缩或者经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱富集净化,用二氯甲烷洗脱,采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18)柱分离,以乙腈—水混合液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在波长220 nm处检测。结果在0.020 mg/L^2.00 mg/L范围内,相关系数r>0.9995,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.002 mg/L^0.006 mg/L之间,若取200 ml水样测定,最低检出浓度在0.0004 mg/L^0.0001 mg/L,三个浓度水平的样品加标回收率在84.5%~112.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.87%~8.98%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、高效,适用于生活饮用水和水源水中莠去津、三氯杀螨醇、氰戊菊酯、甲氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯的检测。Objective To establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of atrazine,dichloropermethrin,cypermethrin,mepermethrin and permethrin in drinking water by HPLC.Methods The analytes in water samples were extracted with dichloromethane or concentrated with Oasis HLB SPE cartridge and eluted with dichloromethane,and then were separated through Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column.The acetonitrile-water mixture was used as mobile phase for gradient elution and the detection was carried out at the wavelength of 220 nm.Results The linearities were obtained in the range of 0.020 mg/L-2.00 mg/L and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9995,with the detection limits(3 S/N)of 0.002 mg/L-0.006 mg/L.If 200 mL water samples are taken for determination,the minimum detection concentration was 0.0004 mg/L-0.0001 mg/L.The recoveries of method were in the range of 80.5%-117.6%with the RSD’s(n=6)of 0.87%-8.98%.Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate and efficient and is suitable for the detection of atrazine,dichloropermethrin,cypermethrin,mepermethrin and permethrin in drinking water and water source.
