天麻钩藤饮加减对原发性高血压患者血压及凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮加减对原发性高血压的治疗效果。方法:选择2018年6月-2019年12月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的64例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组给予西药非洛地平缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,两组均连续用药1个月。观察两组血压、中医症候、凝血功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗1个月后,两组血压水平、中医证候积分及血清血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平均较治疗前降低,凝血酶原时间(PT)均较治疗前升高,且观察组血压水平、中医证候积分及vWF水平均低于对照组,PT高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮加减可有效控制原发性高血压患者血压水平,改善患者中医症候,调节凝血功能,降低不良反应发生率,具有较好的临床效果。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction plus and minus on essential hypertension.Method:A total of 64 patients with essential hypertension admitted in the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Felodipine Sustained-release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction plus and minus on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given the drug for 1 month.Blood pressure,TCM symptom,coagulation function and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Result:After 1 month of treatment,the blood pressure level,TCM syndrome score and serum von Willebrand Factor (vWF) level of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,the prothrombin time (PT) was higher than that before treatment,and the blood pressure level,TCM syndrome score and vWF level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,PT was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Decoction plus and minus can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients with essential hypertension,improve the TCM symptom of patients,regulate coagulation function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with good clinical effects.
