综合性护理对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理对慢性心衰患者SDS评分、SAS评分、睡眠质量、自我管理、心功能指标及生活质量的影响。方法:以80例慢性心衰患者为对象,研究时间为2017年1月-2019年12月,通过随机抽签的方式分为对照组40例与观察组40例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施综合护理,对比护理效果。结果:观察组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自我管理能力评分包括健康知识(27.24±3.16)分,护理技能(37.53±4.36)分,自我概念(28.24±3.56)分,自护责任感(28.63±5.23)分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者生活质量评分明显升高,观察组评分(80.13±10.22)分,高于对照组的(65.74±10.58)分(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心衰患者采用综合护理,有效消除负性情绪,改善心功能,促进疾病恢复,同时还可有效改善睡眠质量,提高生活质量,护理效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on SDS score,SAS score,sleep quality,self-management,cardiac function index and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure were studied from January 2017 to December 2019.They were divided into 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the observation group by random draw.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care to compare nursing effects.Result:The scores of anxiety and depression after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The observation group after nursing fall asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance and daytime function score were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).ESCA scores of the observation group included health knowledge (27.24±3.16) points,nursing skills (37.53±4.36) points,self-concept (28.24±3.56) points,sense of self-care (28.63±5.23) points,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes after nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of patients in both groups was significantly increased.The score of the observation group (80.13±10.22) points was higher than (65.74±10.58) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with chronic heart failure can effectively eliminate negative emotion,improve cardiac function and promote disease recovery by comprehensive nursing,and at the same time,it can effectively improve the quality of sleep and improve the quality of life.The nursing effect is remarkable and can be widely used in clinical practice.
