眼针治疗2型糖尿病动眼神经麻痹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眼针治疗2型糖尿病动眼神经麻痹的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年12月于本院住院治疗80例糖尿病动眼神经麻痹患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同进行分组,每组40例,均给予控制调节血糖治疗。采用维生素B1和B12肌注营养修复神经治疗的患者纳入对照组,应用眼针刺激营养修复神经治疗的患者纳入试验组,观察两组患者的瞳孔直径、眼睑高度和复视角度,统计副作用的发生情况和治疗有效率。结果:治疗前两组瞳孔直径、眼睑高度和复视角度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组瞳孔直径和复视角度均小于对照组,眼睑高度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组中副作用发生率为2.5%,对照组副作用发生率为15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,试验组的治疗有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论:眼针治疗疗效显著,具有操作简便、费用低廉、副作用小等优势,值得临床参考。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture on type 2 diabetic oculomotor paralysis.Method:A total of 80 patients with diabetic oculomotor paralysis hospitalized in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into 2 groups,40 patients in each group,were treated with controlled regulation of blood glucose.Patients treated with Vitamin B1 and B12 intramuscular nutrition repair nerve therapy were included in the control group,and patients treated with eye acupuncture stimulation nutrition repair nerve therapy was included in the experimental group.The pupil diameter,eyelid height and diplopia angle were observed in the two groups,and the occurrence of side effects and the effective rate of treatment were counted.Result:There was no significangt difference between two groups in pupil diameter,eyelid height,double vision Angle before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,pupil diameter,double vision Angle in experimental group were lower than those of control group,eyelid height was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in the control group was 15.0%,higher that 2.5% of the experiment group.Furthermore,the treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture treatment has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and small side effects,which is worthy of clinical reference.
