摘　　要：目的:观察促排卵小鼠种植窗期子宫内膜成熟度及IL-6 mRNA表达。方法:选择健康性成熟昆明种雌性小鼠20只,随机数字表法分为观察组和空白组,检栓第4天(D4)比较两组小鼠子宫内膜成熟度及IL-6 mRNA表达。结果:观察组种植窗期子宫内膜成熟度低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.051,P=0.025);观察组IL-6 mRNA表达水平低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.164,P=0.044)。结论:促排卵小鼠种植窗期子宫内膜发育较正常小鼠延迟,成熟度及IL-6 mRNA表达降低。Objective:To observe the endometrial maturity and the expression of IL-6 mRNA in the implantation window of ovulation promoting mice.Method:Twenty healthy and sexually mature Kunming mice were selected,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the blank group.The mice were killed off in the morning of the 4th day (D4) after being found having vaginal suppository.The endometrial maturity and the expression of IL-6 mRNA were compared.Result:The endometrial maturity in the observation group was lower than that in the blank group,the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=5.051,P=0.025).The expression level of IL-6 mRNA in the observation group was lower than that in the blank group,the difference was statistically significant (t=-2.164,P=0.044).Conclusion:The development of endometrium is delayed,the maturity and the expression of IL-6 mRNA are decreased when ovulation promoting mice are at implantation window.
