摘　　要：工程造价咨询行业是典型的知识密集型行业,人才是行业持续发展的动力之源。文章依据一级造价工程师考试数据,从报考规模、学历结构、所学专业结构、工作单位类型、工作年限分布五个方面介绍报考人员结构及考试现状,发现报考规模有持续增长的趋势、人才队伍多样化特征明显、造价工程师考试制度逐步成熟,但同时也存在造价工程师考试制度对高学历人才吸引力不足、本专业人才对造价工程师考试的适应性不足、施工企业报考人员考试成绩限制了整体考试通过率的提升的问题。结合工程造价咨询服务市场需求、工程造价专业办学质量以及建筑业对工程造价管理的认知,分析人才队伍存在问题的原因,在人才结构优化、工程造价专业人才培养、造价人才管理等方面提出针对性建议。The engineering cost consulting industry is a typical knowledge-intensive industry,and talents are the source of the industry's sustainable development.Based on the examination data of the first-level cost engineer,the article introduces the talent structure of the applicants and the current status of the examination from five aspects:the scale of application,the structure of the education,the structure of the professional study,the type of work unit,and the distribution of working years.The diversified characteristics of the team are obvious,the cost engineer examination system is gradually mature,but at the same time,there is also a lack of attractiveness of the cost engineer examination system for highly educated talents,the lack of adaptability of the professional talents to the cost engineer examination,and the examination results of the applicants of the construction enterprises limit the overall passing rate of examinations.Combined with the market demand for engineering cost consulting services,the quality of engineering cost professional schools and the construction industry's cognition of engineering cost management,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of the talent team,and proposes to target the optimization of the talent structure,the cultivation of engineering cost professional talents,and the management of cost talents.
