摘 要:牛栏江-滇池补水工程的投运对于治理滇池水污染、改善滇池水环境具有十分重要的作用,补水效益明显,而其水源区水环境保护和治理是发挥补水效益的关键。全面调查了工程投运以来牛栏江流域水资源保护现状,指出了工程所面临的工业、农业、生活污染等对取水水源水质的影响,并相应提出了划定水源保护区、建立完善区际生态补偿机制、加强水利监管、加强农业面源污染整治力度等治理建议及对策。Niulanjiang to Dianchi Water Diversion Project plays an important role in controlling water pollution and improving water environment of Dianchi Lake,the benefits are remarkable,so the water environment protection and management for water sources area are the keys to give full play of water diversion.The current situation of water resource protection in the Niulanjiang River since the project operation was investigated,and the influences of industrial,agricultural and domestic pollution on the water quality of the water source were pointed out.The corresponding treatment suggestions and countermeasures were put forward,such as delimiting the water source protection area,establishing and improving the inter-regional ecological compensation mechanism,strengthening water conservancy supervision and enhancing the regulation of agricultural non-point source pollution.
