摘　　要：文章阐述了锅炉高温受热面氧化皮形成及剥落的原因,结合发电厂末级过热器管氧化皮检测实例,针对电厂锅炉的高温受热面管出现氧化皮脱离以及堵塞爆管的问题提出了有效的预防和控制措施。This paper describes the causes of the formation and spalling of the oxide skin on the high-temperature heating surface of the boiler.Combined with the detection example of the oxide skin of the final superheater tube of the power plant,the effective prevention and control measures are put forward for the problems of the oxide skin detachment and blockage and explosion of the hightemperature heating surface pipe of the power plant.
