摘  要:国电汉川电厂#3锅炉采用上下浓淡低氮燃烧器改造后出现水冷壁结焦、大面积严重高温腐蚀、锅炉效率下降明显等问题。重新进行水平浓淡燃烧器改造,解决了水冷壁结焦、锅炉效率下降的问题,但仍存在局部高温腐蚀的问题,继续进行贴壁风改造,基本解决了高温腐蚀的问题。通过3次改造,基本达到在不降低锅炉效率、不发生高温腐蚀的前提下,降低原烟气NOx的目的,实现环保减排目标。对3次改造原理、过程、结果进行了分析对比,为同类型锅炉低氮改造提供借鉴。No.3 Boiler of Guodian Hanchuan Power Plant adopted upper and lower concentrated lean low nitrogen burners,which resulted in water wall coking,serious high-temperature corrosion in large area,and obvious decline of boiler efficiency,etc.the horizontal thick and thin burner was reconstructed again to solve the problems of water-cooled wall coking and boiler efficiency decline,and the local high-temperature corrosion problem was still existed The problem of high temperature corrosion is discussed.Through the three times of transformation,the purpose of reducing NOx in raw flue gas without reducing boiler efficiency and high temperature corrosion is basically achieved,and the goal of environmental protection and emission reduction is realized.The principle,process and results of the three retrofits are analyzed and compared,which can provide reference for low nitrogen retrofit of similar boilers.
