董家口港疏运方案及青连通道规划研究

摘　　要：青岛港董家口港作为青岛港重点发展的新港区,疏港大宗物资上亿吨,青连铁路是董家口港疏港铁路通道,其运输能力不足导致董家口港难以完既定的"公转铁"目标任务。为满足疏港货物运输需求,对青岛港现状货物吞吐量、各港区发展规划和定位、青连铁路及后方通路客货运量进行研究。研究表明,既有铁路(青连)难以适应港口货物增长,青连铁路技术标准较低,地方发展建设高标准铁路需求强烈。故提出沿青连通道扩能方案和不沿青连通道直接修建货线方案,经比选,最终推荐初期利用青连铁路满足"公转铁"运输,远期沿青连通道建设客运专线方案。As the important new developing port area,the dredging mass cargo of Dongjiagang Port reaches to more than one hundred million tons. Qingdao to Lianyungang Railway is the dredging corridor of Dongjiakou Port. Due to the insufficient transport capacity of Qingdao to Lianyungang Railway,it is a very big challenge for Dongjiakou Port to reach the target of switching road transportation to railway transportation made by province and state. To meet the dredging transport requirements,the reasonable railway dredging scheme should be studied and recommended as the basis of related decision-making,based on the planning. Through analyzing the existing cargo throughput of Qingdao Port,the positioning and developing plan of the port areas,the existing conditions of Dongjiakou Port area,the cargo and passenger transport capacity of Qingdao to Lianyungang Railway and related corridor,the increasing dredging capacity to meet the gap of requirements of switching road transportation to railway transportation,the conditions that the insufficient capacity of existing Qingdao to Lianyungang railway can’t meet the increasing transportation requirement and the class level of Qingdao to Lianyungang is weak to support the transportation capacity along the coastal corridor,the increasing requirements of developing region higher class railway,the recommended solution proposals are made that increasing cargo line and passenger line in Qingdao to Lianyungang Railway corridor and new built cargo railway line which is not with Qingdao to Lianyungang Railway corridor. The study shows that the proposals have different advantages and disadvantages.All the proposals can meet the requirements of dredging cargo of Dongjiakou Port. The recommended proposal of study conclusion is to make full use of Qingdao to Lianyungang Railway to meet the requirements of switching cargo road transportation to railway transportation in initial stage and build new Qingdao to Lianyungang High-speed Railway so that releasing the passenger transport capacity of exis
