摘　　要：建立了四环素片中四环素含量的高效液相色谱测定法。色谱条件:XBridge C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH值至2.0)(12∶88),检测波长280 nm。线性回归方程为y=1803 x+4150,相关系数r=0.99999,即在10~500μg/mL范围内,四环素峰面积与浓度有良好的线性关系,回收率为100.0%。该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可以很好地控制四环素的质量。To develop the method for Tetracycline in Tetracycline Tablets by HPLC.The liquid chromatography separation was carried on XBridge C18 column(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)with methanol-0.02 mol/L KH 2 PO 4(pH value was adjusted to 2.0 with H 3 PO 4)(12:88)as mobile phase with the detection wavelength 280nm.The equation was y=1803 x+4150,r=0.99999,the alibration curve was linear in the range 10~500μg/mL and the average recovery was 100.0%.This method was simple,accurate and reproducible to control the quality of Tetracycline.
