摘　　要：目的:探讨电切镜下钬激光碎石术(holmium YAG laser lithotripsy,HL)治疗膀胱结石的效果和患者不良反应。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年7月-2018年11月收治的103例膀胱结石患者。以随机盲选法分为观察组(52例)及对比组(51例),观察组实施HL治疗,对比组给予气压弹道碎石(pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,PL)治疗。对两组手术指标及手术效果、不良反应进行对比分析。结果:观察组手术治疗总有效率为94.23%,高于对比组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、取石时间及住院时间均短于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组结石一次性清除率为96.15%,高于对比组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为0,低于对比组的7.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取HL治疗膀胱结石,手术时间短,结石清除效果好,术后并发症少,治疗更加安全。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of holmium YAG laser lithotripsy (HL) on bladder calculi and its adverse reactions.Method:A total of 103 patients with bladder stones admitted to the author’s hospital from July 2017 to November 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group (52 cases) and comparison group (51 cases) by random blind selection method.The observation group received HL treatment,while the comparison group received pneumatic ballistic tripsy (PL) treatment.The operation indexes,operation effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of surgical treatment in the observation group was 94.23%,higher than 78.43% in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time,stone removal time and hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The one-time stone removal rate in the observation group was 96.15%,higher than 80.39% in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 0 in the observation group,lower than 7.69% in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of bladder calculi with HL is short and effective.Fewer postoperative complications and safer treatment.
