摘  要:目的:探讨全关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗肩袖撕裂患者的价值。方法:按照抽签分组法将本院2018年5月-2019年5月收治的63例肩袖撕裂患者分组,对照组31例给予关节镜辅助下小切口肩袖修补术,观察组32例给予全关节镜肩袖修补术,对比两组患者术前和术后6个月肩关节功能、肩关节活动度及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组术后UCLA和ASES评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月肩关节外展角度、外旋角度及内旋角度均大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的19.35%(P<0.05)。结论:全关节镜肩袖修补术治疗肩袖撕裂损伤患者可改善肩关节功能及肩关节活动度,降低术后并发症。Objective:To investigate the value of total arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in the treatment of rotator cuff tear.Method:A total of 63 patients with rotator cuff tear treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups according to the sortitions method.In the control group,31 patients were given arthroscopically assisted small incision rotator cuff repair,and 32 patients in the observation group were given total arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.The shoulder function,shoulder mobility before and 6 months after surgery and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The UCLA and ASES scores in the observation group 6 months after surgery were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the shoulder abduction angle,external rotation angle and internal rotation angle in the observation group 6 months after surgery were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.13%,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total arthroscopic rotator cuff repair can improve shoulder function,range of motion and reduce postoperative complications in patients with rotator cuff tear injury.
