摘　　要：目的:观察绝经后骨质疏松症(OP)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并分析其临床意义。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年3月-2019年3月60例绝经后女性为研究对象,其中30例OP患者设为OP组,另30例非OP患者设为对照组。两组均采用流式细胞仪检查其外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平,并进行统计分析。结果:OP组外周血T淋巴细胞、抑制性淋巴细胞(Ts)及辅助性T细胞(Th)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OP组Th/Ts比值、NK细胞(CD16+CD56+)及B淋巴细胞均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绝经后OP患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群改变可能引起T淋巴细胞、Ts、Th降低,导致其体液免疫及免疫应答改变,使绝经期女性发生免疫系统紊乱。Objective:To observe the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in postmenopausal osteoporosis (OP) patients and analyze its clinical significance.Method:A total of 60 postmenopausal women in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects,among which 30 patients with OP were set as the OP group and the other 30 non-OP patients as the control group.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of both groups were examined by flow cytometry and analyzed statistically.Result:The levels of peripheral blood T lymphocytes,inhibitory lymphocytes (Ts) and helper T cells (Th) in the OP group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The Th/Ts ratio,NK cell (CD16^+CD56^+) and B lymphocytes in the OP group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The change of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of postmenopausal OP patients may cause the decrease of T lymphocytes,Ts and Th,resulting in the changes of humoral immunity and immune response,and the immune system disorder of menopausal women.
