子宫内膜癌围手术期临床心理护理的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析子宫内膜癌围手术期临床心理护理的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年8月接收的子宫内膜癌患者74例,随机平均分为对照组及试验组,各37例,对照组采取常规围手术期护理措施,试验组在前者基础上开展心理护理,评估两组心理状态,比较两组生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理前两组SAS、SDS、生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,生活质量评分均高于护理前,且试验组评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理总满意度为97.30%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对子宫内膜癌患者,围手术期心理护理能够改善患者负性情绪,提高其生活质量,患者满意度理想,值得推荐。Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical psychological nursing in the perioperative period of endometrial cancer.Method:Seventy-four patients with endometrial cancer admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,37 cases each.The control group took routine perioperative nursing measures,and the experimental group carried out psychological nursing on the basis of the former.The psychological state of patients were assessed,and the quality of life,nursing satisfaction were compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in SAS,SDS and quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.30%,higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with endometrial cancer,perioperative psychological care can improve negative emotions,improve their quality of life,patients’ satisfaction is ideal,it is worth recommending.
