中西医结合治疗血虚生风型肛周瘙痒症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究中西医结合治疗血虚生风型肛周瘙痒症的效果。方法:选择2015年3月-2017年8月笔者所在医院接诊的血虚生风型肛周瘙痒症患者152例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各76例。对照组给予哈西奈德溶液外涂患处,治疗组在此基础上给予中药四物消风饮内服配合祛风止痒洗剂外洗治疗。观察两组治疗效果、复发情况及治疗前后血中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)含量等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.36%,高于对照组的80.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗1周后两组EOS含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周后,治疗组EOS含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后1、3个月复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6个月,治疗组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗血虚生风型肛周瘙痒症,可有效促进其相关指标恢复,明显控制瘙痒症状,减少复发率。Objective:To study the effect of combined of traditional Chinese and western medicine on perianal pruritus with blood deficiency and wind generating type.Method:A total of 152 patients with perianal pruritus with blood deficiency and wind generating type treated in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 76 patients in each group.The control group was given Hassinade Solution externally coated with the affected parts,while the treatment group was given Siwu Xiaofeng Decoction for internal administration and Qufeng Zhiyang Lotion external washing treatment on this basis.The therapeutic effect,recurrence and blood eosinophil(EOS)content before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.36%,higher than that in the control group(80.26%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in EOS content between the two groups before treatment and 1 week after treatment(P>0.05),and after 2 weeks of treatment,the EOS content in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 1 and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05),and at 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of perianal pruritus with blood deficiency and wind generating type can effectively promote the recovery of related indicators,significantly control pruritus symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
