摘　　要：目的:分析封闭式负压引流在糖尿病足治疗中的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法:将2018年1月-2019年5月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的糖尿病足患者纳入试验对象,抽取100例。按照不同的治疗方式将试验对象分为对照组和应用组,每组50例。给予对照组常规清创手术,辅以生理盐水擦洗治疗,应用组在生理盐水擦洗基础上,加用封闭式负压引流治疗,观察对比两组创面痊愈所费时间、治疗有效率及并发症发生情况。结果:应用组创面痊愈所费时间短于对照组(P<0.05);应用组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);应用组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病足患者实施封闭式负压引流治疗,具有较为显著的临床效果,能够有效缩短创面的恢复时间,有利于提高治疗有效率,并能够有效降低并发症发生率,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot and its influence on complication rate.Method:A total of 100 patients with diabetic foot who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected.According to different treatment methods,the subjects were divided into the control group and the application group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine debridement and saline scrubbing,and the patients in the application group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage on the basis of saline scrubbing.The time of wound healing,the effective rate of treatment and the complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The time of wound healing in the application group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the application group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate in the application group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of vacuum sealing drainage in patients with diabetic foot has a significant clinical effect,can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients’wound surface,is conducive to improving the effective rate of treatment,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
