摘　　要：针对封隔器胶筒因肩部应力集中导致的密封失效问题,提出了一种基于纳米流控系统的封隔器胶筒肩部防护装置。该肩部防护装置由楔形金属环和环形弹性层组成,弹性层具有独特的压力-体积变化特性和压力传递性能,可消除封隔器胶筒肩部应力集中现象。以ZSM-5型沸石与甘油所构成的纳米流控系统填充弹性层,通过压力-位移特性测试实验,研究了弹性层的可重复使用性及不同加载速率下系统的压力阈值及最大压力下的有效形变量。结果表明ZSM-5型沸石-甘油配方具有良好的可重复使用性,可以作为肩部防护装置环形弹性层的填料。加载速率在0.01~0.1 mm/s范围内变化时,弹性层压力阈值可稳定在17±2 MPa范围内;不同加载速率下,最大压力下的有效形变量均大于58 mm^3/g,加载速率越大,变形量越大,符合弹性层的性能需求。通过调整纳米多孔介质与功能流体的配方,环形弹性层的性能在很大范围内可调,适用于多种复杂工况。To deal with the seal failure caused by stress concentration at the shoulder of packer rubber,this paper proposed a kind of shoulder protection device based on nanofluidic system for packer rubber.This shoulder protection device is composed of wedgeshaped metal ring and ring-like elastic layer.The elastic layer has unique pressure-volume change characteristics and pressure transmission performance,which can eliminate the phenomenon of stress concentration at the shoulder of packer rubber.After filling the elastic layer with the nanofluidic system which is composed of ZSM-5 zeolite and glycerine,this paper carried out pressuredisplacement characteristic tests to study the reusability of elastic layer,as well as the pressure threshold of the system under different loading rates and the effective deformation under the maximum pressure.It is indicated that ZSM-5 zeolite-glycerine formula is of great reusability,and it can be used as the filling of ring-like elastic layer of shoulder protection device.When the loading rate varies between 0.01 and 0.1 mm/s,the pressure threshold of the elastic layer can be kept stable in the range of 17±2 MPa.At different loading rates,the effective deformation under the maximum pressure is larger than 58 mm^3/g.The higher the loading rate is,the larger the deformation is,which satisfies the performance requirement of elastic layer.By adjusting the formulas of nanometer porous medium and functional fluid,the properties of the ring-like elastic layer are adjustable in a quite large range,so it is applicable to various complex working conditions.
