针刺治疗高脂血症的疗效及对血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺疗法治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及对总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法将90例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗。分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率(91.1%)高于对照组(75.6%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前体质量指数、体质量水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后体质量指数为(24.17±2.13)kg/m^2,体质量为(68.42±7.85)kg,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前血脂指标、NO、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后HDL-C、NO、VEGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05),TG、TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、Hcy水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗高脂血症疗效确切,可改善血脂指标,调节NO、VEGF、Hcy的表达水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy in treating hyperlipidemia and its effects on total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and NO.Method Ninety patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group was given additional acupuncture intervention.The treatment results in the two groups were analyzed.Result The total effective rate in the treatment group(91.1%)was higher than that in the control group(75.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in body mass index(BMI)and body weight level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMI was(24.17±2.13)kg/m^2 and body weight was(68.43±7.85)kg in the treatment group,not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of blood lipids,NO,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and homocystein(Hcy)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of HDL-C,NO and VEGF were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TG,TC,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and Hcy were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication can produce valid efficacy for hyperlipidemia.It can improve the blood lipids and regulate the expression levels of NO,VEGF and Hcy.
