中药穴位贴敷联合红外线治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价中药穴位贴敷联合红外线治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者多伦多临床评分(TCSS)和震动感觉阈值(VPT)的影响及安全性。方法150例DPN患者随机分为3组,每组50例,对照组给予基础治疗,安慰组在对照组基础上进行穴位贴敷安慰剂加红外线照射,观察组给予中药穴位贴敷加红外线照射,治疗4周。比较3组治疗前后TCSS评分和VPT,记录可能的不良反应。结果3组治疗后TCSS和VPT均有一定程度降低(P<0.01),观察组低于安慰组及对照组(P<0.01);3组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论中药穴位贴敷联合红外线对DPN患者TCSS和VPT具有良好改善作用,不良反应较少。Objective To evaluate the effects of acupoint application with Chinese medication plus infrared ray on Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score and vibration perception threshold(VPT)and its safety in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method A total of 150 patients with DPN were randomized into three groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by basic treatment.In addition to the intervention for the control group,the placebo group was given acupoint application with placebo plus infrared ray radiation,and the observation group was given acupoint application with Chinese medication plus infrared ray radiation.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks.The TCSS score and VPT were compared among the three groups before and after treatment,and the plausible adverse reactions were recorded.Result The TCSS score and VPT decreased to some extent in the three groups after treatment(P<0.01),and were lower in the observation group than in the placebo group and the control group(P<0.01).There were no significant adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion Acupoint application with Chinese medication plus infrared ray can produce satisfactory effects in improving TCSS and VPT in patients with DPN,with fewer adverse reactions.
