毛发移植联合细胞因子注射在脱发患者治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨毛发移植联合细胞因子注射在脱发患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2017年9月-2019年9月来我院就诊的104例脱发患者,随机分为两组。治疗组52例,接受毛发移植联合细胞因子注射治疗;对照组52例,只接受毛发移植。术前和毛发移植联合注射细胞因子治疗后(即术后6个月)用相机记录种植区域的毛发生长情况,同时比较毛发再生情况,拉发试验结果以及临床疗效进行分析。结果两组患者治疗前后在脱发面积、拉发试验、临床效果等方面比较,具有显著性差异(P <0.05),治疗后均有所改善;治疗组在提高毛发再生情况、改善拉发试验等方面均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P <0.05),;治疗组的总有效率(87.14%)明显高于对照组(62.00%),(P <0.05),有统计学意义。使用细胞因子可以显著提高毛发移植后的存活率。结论毛发移植联合细胞因子注射的疗效优于单独毛发移植,在临床上有很好的应用潜力。Objective To explore the value of hair transplantation combined with growth factor injection in the treatment of patients with hair loss.Methods A total of 104 patients with hair loss in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.52 cases in the treatment group received hair transplantation combined with growth factor injection;52 cases in the control group received hair transplantation only.Before surgery and hair transplantation combined with growth factor injection(6 months after surgery),the hair growth in the planted area was recorded with a camera,and hair regeneration,hair test results and clinical efficacy were analyzed..Results There were significant differences in hair loss area,hair test,and clinical effects between the two groups of patients before or after treatment(P<0.05),which were all improved after treatment.The treatment group enhanced hair regeneration and improved the hair test.All of them are better than the control group and have statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(87.14%)is significantly higher than that of the control group(62.00%),(P<0.05),which is statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of hair transplantation combined with growth factor injection is better than that of hair transplantation alone,and it has good potential for clinical application.
