摘　　要：目的评价注射器支架联合钢丝牵引治疗先天性乳头内陷的临床效果。方法总结2016-2020年来收集的127例先天性乳头内陷患者,年龄20~41岁,平均年龄27岁,其中双侧内陷者113例,单侧内陷者14例,全部患者均采用注射器支架联合钢丝牵引治疗,牵引时间3-8个月(通常6个月),随访12-24个月,总结和评价最终效果。结果 2例患者因术后支架护理不当出现乳头皮肤感染,于术后1个月拆除支架,乳头回缩,治疗失败。余125例全部成功:其中2例重度内陷患者支架拆除后6个月出现中度乳头回缩,10例中-重度内陷患者支架拆除后出现轻度乳头回缩。余患者乳头牵引治疗成功,术后形态满意,无明显瘢痕,触觉敏感,随访到5例患者结婚生育后可正常哺乳。结论注射器支架联合钢丝牵引治疗先天性乳头内陷,手术时间短,花费低,术后恢复快,手术风险相对较低,外科治疗效果满意。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of syringe stent combined with steel wire traction for the treatment of congenital inverted nipple.Methods A total of 127 patients with congenital inverted nipple were collected from 2016 to 2020,aged from 20 to 41 years old with a median 27 years,including 113 patients with bilateral nipple inversion and 14 patients with unilateral nipple inversion.All patients were treated with syringe stent combined with steel wire traction for 3 to 8 months(usually 6 months),followed up for 12 to 24 months,and the final results were summarized and evaluated.Results Two patients suffered from nipple skin infection due to improper care of stent after operation.The stent was removed only one month after the operation,and the nipple was retracted again.The remaining 125 cases were all successful:2 patients with severe invagination had moderate nipple retraction 6 months after stent removal,and 10 patients with moderate to severe invagination had mild nipple retraction after stent removal.The rest of the patients were successfully treated with satisfactory shape after operation,no obvious scar,and good tactile sensitivity.5 patients had childbirth after marriage and successful breastfeeding.Conclusion Syringe stent combined with steel wire traction for the treatment of congenital inverted nipple has the advantages of short operation time,low cost,quick recovery after operation,relatively low operation risk and satisfactory surgical treatment effect.
