摘　　要：目的探讨大面积深度烧伤患者Meek植皮术后创面愈合能力的影响因素。方法回顾性收集2019年1月-2020年5月于我院接受Meek植皮术治疗的71例大面积深度烧伤患者临床资料,根据愈合情况分为早期愈合组(n=55例)与延迟愈合组(n=16例)。仔细阅览71例患者临床资料,将可能的影响因素纳入,经单因素与多因素分析找出大面积深度烧伤患者Meek植皮术后创面愈合能力的影响因素。结果经多项非条件Logistic回归分析检验结果显示,年龄≥40岁、术中使用常规棉质纱布、烧伤面积≥70%、感染并发症均是导致患者Meek植皮术后创面愈合缓慢的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论年龄≥40岁、常规棉质纱布、烧伤面积≥70%、感染并发症均是大面积深度烧伤患者Meek植皮术后创面愈合能力的影响因素,临床需重点关注并予以相应干预措施。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of wound healing ability of large area deep burn patients after Meek skin grafting.Methods The clinical data of 71 patients with extensive deep burn treated by Meek skin grafting in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were collected retrospectively,The group was divided into early healing group(n=55 cases)and delayed healing group(n=16 cases).To examine the clinical data of 71 patients,Including possible factors,By single factor and multi factor analysis,the influencing factors of wound healing ability Meek large area deep burn patients after skin grafting were found.ResultsThe results of multiple non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that,the age≥40 years old,the use of conventional cotton gauze during operation,the burn area≥70%,and the infection complications were all the influencing factors leading to the slow wound healing after Meek skin grafting(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions≥40 years of age,conventional cotton gauze,70%of burn area and infection complications are the influencing factors of wound healing ability Meek large area deep burn patients after skin grafting,Clinical attention should be paid to and corresponding intervention measures should be given.
