摘  要:目的观察铒激光、E光联合治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕效果。方法借助随数字表法将2017年1月-2019年12月期间在我院接受治疗的100例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕分为对照组与研究组,每组50例,分别给予铒激光治疗、铒激光联合E光治疗,对比患者临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前两组患者瘢痕变化情况、光弧度变化情况、皱纹变化情况、粗糙度变化情况、皮肤红斑情况、色沉等情况差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后1个月时研究组患者瘢痕变化情况、光弧度变化情况、皱纹变化情况、粗糙度变化情况、皮肤红斑与色沉的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者创面愈合时间短于对照组 (P<0.05),不良反应情况低于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者接受铒激光联合E光治疗,可有缩短创面愈合时间,减少不良反应的发生,改善皮肤情况,该联合治疗模式具有较高临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of erbium laser and E light on acne depression scar.Methods With the help of the digital table method,100 cases of acne depression scars treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into a control group and a research group,and 50 cases in each group were given erbium laser treatment and erbium.Laser combined with E light treatment to compare the clinical efficacy of patients.Results Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in scar changes,light arc changes,wrinkle changes,roughness changes,skin erythema,coloration,etc.between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),1 month after treatment In the study group,the changes in scars,radians,wrinkles,roughness,skin erythema and coloration were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group Group(P<0.05),the adverse reaction was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acne depression scars treated with erbium laser combined with E light can shorten the wound healing time,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the skin condition.This combined treatment model has high clinical application value.
