聚维酮碘乳膏联合可见光治疗小儿烧伤瘢痕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察分析聚维酮碘乳膏联合可见光治疗小儿烧伤瘢痕的临床疗效。方法将2019年1月至2019年12月收治的烧伤患儿78例,按随机数字法分为参照组和研究组各39例,参照组给予聚维酮碘乳膏治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合可见光治疗。观察比较两组患儿创面愈合时间、红斑持续时间、生活质量,以及治疗1月、3月、6月后的瘢痕评分情况、总体疗效和不良反应发生率。结果研究组患儿创面愈合时间、红斑持续时间明显短于参照组,生活质量评分显著高于参照组;差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗1月、3月、6月后VSS评分均显著低于参照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率高达94.87%,显著高于参照组的74.36%,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿红肿和瘙痒发生率分别为0.00%、2.56%,与参照组的2.56%和5.13%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但研究组患儿发热发生率7.69%,显著低于参照组的28.21%,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿烧伤瘢痕治疗中采用聚维酮碘乳膏联合可见光效果显著,有利于加速患儿创面愈合,缩短红斑持续时间、改善瘢痕情况,降低患儿发热机率,从而提高整体疗效及患儿生活质量,具有较高的安全性,具有大量推广应用的高度价值。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of povidone-iodine cream combined with visible light in the treatment of burn scars in children.Methods 78 cases of burn patients admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into reference group and study group 39 cases according to random number method.The reference group was treated with povidoneiodine cream.Combined with visible light treatment based on group.Observation and comparison of wound healing time,erythema duration,quality of life,scar score,overall efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time and erythema duration of the study group were significantly shorter than the reference group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the reference group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment for January,March,and June The post-VSS scores were significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than 74.36%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of redness and pruritus in the study group was 0.00%and 2.56%respectively,which was not statistically different from the 2.56%and 5.13%in the reference group(P>0.05);but the incidence of fever in the study group was 7.69%,It was significantly lower than 28.21%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Povidone-iodine cream combined with visible light is effective in the treatment of pediatric burn scars,which is conducive to accelerating the wound healing of children,shortening the duration of erythema,improving scars,and reducing the chance of fever in children,thereby improving the overall efficacy and children.The quality of life has high security,and has a high value of popularization and applicat
