中药瘦身茶应用于单纯性肥胖病(脾虚湿阻型)的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨中药瘦身茶应用于单纯性肥胖病(脾虚湿阻型)的临床效果。方法在2019年6月5日-2019年7月8日期间,以整群随机抽签法选入57例单纯性肥胖病患者为研究对象,经中医辨证为脾虚湿阻型,按摸球法进行随机分组:对照组(n=28)选择口服盐酸西布曲明胶囊联合生活健康指导治疗,研究组(n=29)则在对照组治疗基础上加用重要瘦身茶,均坚持治疗2个月。采用SPSS 22.0版本的统计学软件,对比两组患者的单纯性肥胖病总体疗效和不良反应发生率差异,并检测其治疗前后体质量、腰臀比指标变化。结果①研究组患者的单纯性肥胖病总体有效率是96.55%(28/29),高于对照组的71.43%(20/28)(c^2=5.005,P=0.025);②研究组不良反应发生率3.45%与对照组的7.14%相比差异无统计学意义(c^2=0.390,P=0.532);③治疗后,研究组患者平均体质量低于低于对照组、腰臀比小于对照组(t=4.937、3.341,P<0.001、P=0.001);④研究组治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组(t=13.035,P<0.001)。结论中药瘦身茶应用于脾虚湿阻型的单纯性肥胖病患者治疗中效果突出,可有效降低其体质量、体脂率,并改善其腰臀比,且安全性高,建议推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine slimming tea in simple obesity(spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type).Methods During the period from June 5,2019 to July 8,2019,57 cases of simple obesity were selected by the whole group of random drawing method as the research object,which were classified as spleen asthenia and dampness obstruction type according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided according to the touch ball method:the control group(n=28)chose the oral sibutramine hydrochloride capsule combined with life and health guidance treatment,while the research group(n=29)added the important treatment based on the control group Slimming tea,all insist on treatment for 2 months.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to compare the overall efficacy and adverse reaction rate of simple obesity between the two groups,and to detect the changes of body mass,waist to hip ratio before and after treatment.Results①The total effective rate of simple obesity in the study group was 96.55%(28/29),which was higher than 71.43%(20/28)in the control group(2=5.005,P=0.025);②The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.45%,which was no significant difference compared with 7.14%in the control group(2=0.390,P=0.532);③After treatment,the average body mass of the study group was lower than that in the control group and the waist hip ratio was lower than that in the control group In the control group(t=4.937,3.341,P<0.001,P=0.001);④The TCM syndrome score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(t=13.035,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of slimming tea with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple obesity patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance can effectively reduce their body mass,body fat rate,and improve their waist to hip ratio,with high safety.It is recommended to promote..
