摘  要:为探讨渤海银鲳(Pampus argenteus)消化酶活性,采用动力学方法研究了渤海银鲳胃、肝胰脏、前肠、后肠、幽门垂中的淀粉酶、蛋白酶和几丁质酶的活性分布,结果表明:肝胰脏淀粉酶活性最强,其次是胃,后肠中淀粉酶活性最低,幽门垂中的淀粉酶活性介于胃和肠道中间;胃中蛋白酶活性最高,肝胰脏次之,前肠最低,幽门垂蛋白酶活性介于肝胰脏和肠之间;几丁质酶活性以胃中最高,其次是后肠,肝胰脏中最低。To understand the digestive enzyme activity of Pampus argenteus,activities distribution of amylase,protease and chitinase in the stomach,hepatopancreas,foregut,hindgut and pyloric caeca of Pampus argenteus in Bohai were studied by dynamics method.The results showed that:activity of amylase in the hepatopancreas was the strongest,followed by that in the stomach,amylase activity in the hindgut was the lowest,and activity of amylase in the pyloric caeca was between those in the stomach and intestine.Activity of protease in the stomach was the highest,followed by that in the hepatopancreas,and protease activity in the foregut was the lowest,and activity of protease in the pyloric caeca was between those in the hepatopancreas and intestine.Activity of chitinase in the stomach was the highest,followed by that in the hindgut,chitinase activity in the hepatopancreas was the lowest.
