摘 要:邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(Dimethyl Phthalate,DMP)是一类重要的工业有机化合物,广泛存在于水环境中,对水生生物产生毒性效应。本文研究了DMP暴露对大型溞(Daphnia magna)幼溞和成溞的急性毒性,分析了亚致死浓度DMP暴露对大型溞机体脂质过氧化的影响。结果显示,DMP暴露对幼溞24和48 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为26.546和20.754 mg/L;对成溞24和48 h的LC50分别为53.805和43.512 mg/L;DMP对大型溞幼溞和成溞均属于中等毒性物质,在其暴露下幼溞比成溞更敏感;DMP(5 mg/L和20 mg/L)暴露均导致大型溞成溞体内丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量增加,其中5 mg/L DMP暴露24 h时与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),亚致死浓度DMP暴露可导致大型溞机体的脂质过氧化损伤。Dimethyl Phthalate(DMP)is an important industrial organic compound,which is widely present in the water environment and has toxic effects on aquatic organisms.The ecotoxic effects of DMP on aquatic organisms have not been fully investigated.This study investigated acute toxicity in neonate and adult Daphnia magna exposed to DBP.We analyzed the effect of sublethal concentration DMP on the lipid peroxidation of D.magna.The results of acute toxicity test showed that the median lethal concentrations(LC50)of DMP in neonates exposed for 24 and 48 h were 26.546 and 20.754 mg/L,respectively.The LC50 of adults for the same DMP exposure durations were 58.739 and 44.551 mg/L,respectively.With the sublethal toxic concentrations of DMP(5 and 20 mg/L)exposured,malondialdehyde(MDA)content increased in D.magna,and notably increased after exposure to 5 mg/L DMP for 24 h compared to control(P<0.01).Overall,these data indicated that DMP is moderately toxic to D.magna,and the acute toxic effects of its exposure on neonates were more pronounced than in adults.The sublethal concentrations of DMP can cause lipid peroxidation damage in the organism.
