Growth Responses of Larix olgensis and Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Mycorrhizal Seedlings under Low Light Environment

摘  要:为了探讨菌根依赖型树种生长发育规律,以1年生长白落叶松(Larix olgensis)和樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)菌根苗为研究对象,在人工气候室弱光照环境中,采用不同菌剂处理(混合菌剂处理、单一菌剂处理、对照),分析不同处理对1年生长白落叶松和樟子松苗木形态指标、生物量积累、养分吸收及成活率的影响。结果表明:(1)弱光环境下,长白落叶松和樟子松苗木的苗高、地径、主根长、一级侧根数、地上和地下生物量、养分质量、成活率及菌根侵染率均在混合接种处理下达到最大;(2)混合接种处理下,2种苗木的主根长、一级侧根数及菌根侵染率均显著高于对照(P<0.05);(3)混合接种处理下,2种苗木的苗高、地径、生物量及养分质量均达到最大,其中生物量及氮、磷养分质量分别显著高于对照(P<0.05);(4)混合接种处理下长白落叶松和樟子松苗木质量指数较对照分别提高了100.0%(P<0.05)、71.4%(P<0.05);其苗木成活率分别提高了14.4%(P<0.05)、9.3%(P<0.05)。(5)接种处理、菌根侵染率与2种苗木地上生物量、氮养分质量、磷养分质量、苗木质量指数及成活率的Pearson相关性均达到了显著水平(P<0.05),其中与苗木氮质量的Pearson相关性系数最大。综上所述,混合接种处理的菌根化苗木有利于提高苗木质量,增强其对弱光环境条件的适应能力。In order to investigate the growth and development of mycorrhizal dependent tree regularity,the one-year-old seedlings of Larix olgensis and Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica were selected under the low light environment.Three inoculation treatments,including the mixed inoculation,single inoculation,and no inoculation treatments,were set.The morphological indexes,biomass accumulation,nutrient absorption and survival rate of seedlings were measured under different inoculation treatments in the climatronphytotron.The results indicated that:(1)The seedling height,ground diameter,main root length,lateral root number,aboveground and underground biomass,nutrient content,survival rate and mycorrhizal colonization rate of L.olgensis and P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings were maximum under mixed inoculation treatment.(2)The main root length,lateral root number and mycorrhizal colonization rate of L.olgensis and P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings were significantly higher under mixed inoculation treatment than CK(P<0.05).(3)The seedling height,ground diameter,biomass,nitrogen and phosphorus content of L.olgensis and P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings were maximum under the mixed inoculation treatment,and were significantly higher than CK(P<0.05).(4)Compared with CK,the seedling quality index of L.olgensis and P.sylvestris var.mongolica under the mixed inoculation treatment were increased by 100.0%(P<0.05)and 71.4%(P<0.05),and the seedling survival rate were increased by 14.4%(P<0.05)and 9.3%(P<0.05),respectively.(5)Both inoculation treatment and mycorrhizal colonization rate were significantly correlated with the aboveground biomass,nitrogen content,phosphorus content,seedling quality index and survival rate(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation coefficients were the maximum between both inoculation treatment and mycorrhizal colonization rate and nitrogen content.The quality of mycorrhizal seedlings of mixed inoculation treatment was improved,and the adaptability of the seedlings was enhanced under low-light environment.
