摘  要:以全光照(100%光照,CK)为对照,1层遮阴网(83%±5%光照,T1)、2层遮阴网(61%±5%光照,T2)、3层遮阴网(38%±5%光照,T3)为处理,探究4种光环境下多花黄精光合特性差异。结果表明:遮阴导致了多花黄精光合色素质量分数的升高,对促进叶片的光合光环境适应产生积极作用。遮阴导致多花黄精最大净光合速率(Pnmax)、光饱和点(LS,P)及表观量子效率(ηA,Q,Y)显著增大,而光补偿点(LC,P)及暗呼吸速率(Rd)在遮阴后有所降低,展现出较强的弱光适应能力。T2处理下,多花黄精在具有较高的光合效率(最大Pnmax和较高ηA,Q,Y)的同时,又具备更有效的可见光利用宽度(低LC,P和较高LS,P)。研究认为,T2处理为多花黄精生长较适宜的光环境,此光照能够使其健康生长。Photosynthetic characteristics of Polygonatum cyrtonema was investigated under four shading treatments:full light as control(full illumination,CK),single-layer shading(83%±5%of full illumination,T1),two-layer shading(61%±5%of full illumination,T2),and three-layer shading(38%±5%of full illumination,T3).The results showed that shading caused an increase in the photosynthetic pigment content of P.cyrtonema,which had a positive effect on promoting the adaptation of the photosynthetic light environment of the leaves.Shading caused a significant increase of Pnmax,LS,P andηA,Q,Y,while LC,P and Rd decreased after shading,showing a strong ability to adapt to dim light environment.Under T2 treatment,P.cyrtonema had higher photosynthetic efficiency(maximum Pnmax and higherηA,Q,Y)and more effective visible light utilization width(low LC,P and higher LS,P).Therefore,T2 treatment was a suitable light environment for the growth of P.cyrtonema,and this light could make it grow healthily.
