摘  要:狄奥尼索斯崇拜(即酒神崇拜)产生于希腊本土。大约在公元前8世纪传入意大利,公元前3世纪至2世纪在罗马广泛传播。公元前186年,罗马政府对其境内的酒神崇拜进行了大规模的镇压。罗马总体上秉持宗教宽容的政策,但酒神崇拜秘密仪式的出现及扩大,影响了罗马的政治和社会秩序,因此罗马政府对其进行了镇压,但并没有使它完全消失,而是将它置于元老院的严格管控之下。罗马的各级行政官员构成的“警察机制”与民众在案件的处理中共同发挥了重要的作用,使得罗马可以对这一事件进行高效的处理,这也反映了罗马在应对大规模群体性事件时的高效政治机制。The cult of Dionysus(or Bacchanalian cult in Rome)originated in Greece.It was introduced to the Italian around the 8th century B.C.and spread widely in Rome from the 3rd to 2nd century B.C.In the 186 B.C.,The Roman authority severely suppressed the Bacchanalian cult in their own bound.Roman government generally had tolerance for religious policy.However,the emergence and expansion of Bacchanalian Cult affected the political and social order of Rome,Roman authority suppressed it.But Roman authority didn't completely eliminate the cult of Dionysus,it was placed under the strict supervision and control of the senate.Rome's“police mechanism”composed of administrative officials at all levels and the masses who played an important role in the handling of the case allowed Rome to handle the incident efficiently,which also reflected Rome's efficient political mechanism in dealing with large-scale mass incidents.
