摘　　要：介绍了无速度传感器矢量控制的基本原理及在大方坯连铸机拉矫机上的应用,并就电机性能参数对控制系统的影响进行了定性分析,通过两起故障论述了电机参数对系统稳定运行具有重要的意义。This paper introduces the basic principle of sensorless vector control and its application in the tension leveller of bloom caster,and makes a qualitative analysis on the effect of motor performance parameters on the control system.Through analyzing two faults,the importance of motor parameters to the stable operation of the system is discussed.
