摘  要:以“夏黑”葡萄为试材,比较了不同蓄冷剂添加量EPP控温箱室温贮运3 d内温、湿度变化趋势及不同保鲜配方对电商配送过程果实硬度,可溶性固形物(SSC),VC,丙二醛(MDA),多酚氧化酶(PPO),过氧化物酶(POD)等保鲜特征性指标的影响.结果表明:1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)结合EPP控温箱加蓄冷剂室温贮运48 h,72 h时的果实硬度分别比对照高8.51%,9.50%;VC分别比对照高6.35%,22.15%;MDA累积速率分别比对照低43.17%,60.61%;PPO活性分别比对照低35.11%,28.35%;POD活性分别比对照高20.13%,3.83%.得出1-MCP结合EPP控温箱加蓄冷剂可作为电商配送“夏黑”葡萄优选模式加以推广应用.In this study,“Xiahei”grape was taken as the experiment material.The trends of changes in temperature and humidity in the EPP multi-temperature insulation box for 3 days were compared.The influences of the different coolant dosages on the hardness,soluble solids,VC,MDA,polyphenol oxidase(PPO)and peroxidase(POD)during E-commerce distribution were investigated.The results indicated that compared with the control,the hardness 48 h and 72 h were 8.51%and 9.50%higher;VC were 6.35%and 22.15%higher;MDA were 43.17%and 60.61%lower;PPO were 35.11%and 28.35%lower;and POD were 20.13%and 3.83%higher,respectively.In conclusion,EPP packaging materials+coolant+1-MCP can be promoted and applied as the preferred mode of E-commerce distribution of“Xiahei”grapes.
