刮痧配合刺络拔罐治疗颈肩综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察刮痧配合刺络拔罐与普通针刺治疗颈肩综合征的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照原则,将2018年2月—2019年1月于河北省中医院诊治的70例颈肩综合征患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。治疗组采用刮痧配合刺络拔罐方法治疗,每周2次(隔2 d 1次),4次为1个疗程。对照组采用普通针刺方法治疗,每周3次(隔1 d 1次),6次为1个疗程。记录2组患者治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后、治疗结束1个月后临床症状体征积分和治疗2周后临床疗效。结果2组患者治疗1周后、2周后及治疗结束1个月后临床症状体征积分均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),其中治疗组治疗1周后及2周后临床症状体征积分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),而治疗结束1个月后对照组明显高于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.6%(31/35)和77.1%(27/35),治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刮痧配合刺络拔罐治疗颈肩综合征的近期疗效优于普通针刺,而远期疗效相比普通针刺较差。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of scraping combined with pricking-cupping and ordinary acupuncture on neck-shoulder syndrome.Methods Seventh patients with neck and shoulder syndrome diagnosed and treated in Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a treatment group of 35 cases and a control group of 35 cases according to the principle of randomized control.The treatment group was treated with scraping combined with pricking and cupping,2 times a week(1 time every 2 days),4 times as a course of treatment.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,3 times a week(1 time every 1 days),6 times as a course of treatment.The scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the two groups before treatment,after 1 week of treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and 1 month after the end of treatment were recorded,and the clinical efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment were evaluated in the two groups.Results The scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups after 1 week of treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and 1 month after the end of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05)The scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the control group was significantly higher than the treatment group after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 88.6%(31/35)and 77.1%(27/35),the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The short-term curative effect of scraping combined with pricking-cupping on neck-shoulder syndrome is better than ordinary acupuncture,but its long-term curative effect is not as good as the ordinary acupuncture.
