摘　　要：目的:分析孕前医学量表综合测评用对复发性流产患者妊娠率、妊娠结局的影响。方法:采用前瞻性分析,将2016年1月至2018年1月广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院收治的符合本研究相关标准的复发性流产患者380例纳入研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组190例,其中观察组采用孕前医学量表综合测评,对照组行一般优生优育教育,两组均行羊膜腔穿刺和染色体检查,分析胎儿畸形发生情况。结果:观察组自然流产率(8.48%)明显低于对照组(28.75%)(P<0.05),但两组妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组胎儿畸形率、染色体异常率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕前医学量表综合测评用于复发性流产患者孕前,能指导患者选择最佳受孕时机,积极调整心态,降低流产率和畸形胎儿率。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive evaluation of pre-pregnancy medical scale on pregnancy rate and pregnancy outcome in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods:The prospective analysis was used,and 380 patients with recurrent abortion who met the relevant criteria of this study in our hospital from Jan.2016 to Jan.2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 190 cases in each group.The observation group was evaluated synthetically with pre-pregnancy medical scale,and the control group was educated to bear and rear better children.Amniocentesis and chromosome examination were performed in the control group,and the occurrence of fetal malformation was analyzed.Results:The rate of spontaneous abortion in the observation group(8.48%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.75%)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The fetal deformity rate and chromosome abnormality rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive evaluation of pre-pregnancy medical scale for patients with recurrent abortion before pregnancy can guide patients to choose the best time to conceive,actively adjust their mentality,and reduce the rate of abortion and malformation rate.
