快速康复护理在腭裂患儿围术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨腭裂患儿围术期采用快速康复护理干预后的应用效果。方法:选取在广西医科大学附属口腔医院接受腭裂修补术治疗的124例患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组62例。对照组采用口腔外科“常规护理模式”护理,研究组在常规护理模式的基础上采用快速康复护理模式。比较两组患儿手术时间、术中出血、住院天数、术中生命体征、术后不良反应及患儿家属的护理满意度。结果:研究组手术时间、住院天数短于对照组,术中出血明显少于对照组,术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);术后研究组心率和呼吸频率明显低于对照组,血氧饱和度明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);研究组患儿家属对护理工作总体满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对实施腭裂修补术治疗的患儿采用快速康复护理,能加快患儿的康复速度,可维持患儿生命体征稳定性,减少各种不良反应的发生,增加患儿的舒适度,缩短住院时间,提高患儿家属的护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on children with cleft palate during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 124 children who received cleft palate repair in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group adopted the“routine nursing mode”of oral surgery,while the study group adopted the rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the routine nursing mode.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,days of hospitalization,intraoperative vital signs,postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The heart rate and respiratory rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the blood oxygen saturation of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction of the family members of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for children with cleft palate repair can promote rehabilitation,maintain the stability of vital signs,reduce the occurrence of various adverse reactions,increase the comfort of children,shorten the time of hospitalization,and improve the nursing satisfaction of children’s families.
