摘 要:泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术在化工生产企业中广泛应用,通过发现和修复密封点泄漏,可以减少物料在生产、储存过程中的泄漏损失,减少泄漏废气对环境产生的污染。应用LDAR技术对某企业620 t/a聚烯烃催化剂制备装置进行全面检测,装置整体泄漏率为0.23%,发现并修复泄漏点17处,修复率100%,减少挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)无组织排放,提高原料转化率和产品收率,具有较高的经济价值和环境价值。Leak detection and repair(LDAR)technology is widely used in chemical production enterprises.Finding and repairing leaks can reduce the loss of materials during production and storage,and reduce the pollution of the exhaust gas to the environment.The LDAR technology was used to conduct a comprehensive inspection of a company's 620 t/a polyolefin catalyst preparation device.The overall leakage rate of the device was 0.23%.17 leaks were found and repaired,and the repair rate was 100%.The LDAR technology effectively reduces volatile organic compounds(VOCs)unstructured emissions,improves the conversion rate of raw materials and product yield,and it has a high economic and environmental value.
